Exchanges & Refunds

If a product does not suit you, you have 14 days to return it to us.

However, we will only be able to exchange and refund products returned in their original condition & unopened.

Order Status

the order has been confirmed and we have already sent you a confirmation email containing the order number.

Dispatched Order:
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number of the package.

I didn't receive the newsletter. What do I have to do to receive it?

Try adding the domain to the list of approved senders in your email account. This way, future newsletters will not be blocked by the spam filter. If you still do not receive the newsletter, please contact us.

I can't connect to My Account. What should I do?

 When you sign up, Lolita Lempicka recognises the country you are in and automatically associates it to your account. Your account will therefore only be active on the version of the site corresponding to your country. If your email address or your password for the My Account account are not recognised, check that you are on the version of the site on which your account is registered.

I am returning a gift: who will be refunded?

If the order was paid by PayPal or credit card, then the refund will be paid to the account or credit card used. For security reasons, we are not allowed to make the refund to a different account or credit card.


We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order in the best possible condition.

    VYour package will be delivered within 48 hours, directly to your mailbox. If it is not big enough and you are absent, a delivery notice will be left with you allowing you to choose a new delivery date on the Internet within 6 working days or to pick up your package the next day at the post office of your choice.

Lolita Lempicka has decided to write a new page in her history by adapting her products to her intimate convictions: animal respect, human respect. On the Lolita Lempicka eshop, you can use the following means of payment :

Bank Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Electron, Carte Bleue.

The total amount will be debited from your card at the time of order confirmation. Lolita Lempicka has a Quick Purchase option that allows you to store your credit card information so that you don't need to enter it again when making future purchases.

Can I change my order, add or remove products?


Unfortunately, that is not possible. Each order is processed separately, and once your order has been confirmed, it is impossible to change the details.

If you wish to purchase additional items, you must place a new order. 


Can I return the items by choosing the carrier myself?


Of course you can. You can use a different carrier than the one who delivered the package. In this case, please send the package to the following address:

Lolita Lempicka is not responsible for the theft or loss of the package during transport. This is why we advise you to choose a shipping service with tracking. Moreover, shipping fees will not be refunded.


Returns are generally processed within 3 working days of arrival at our warehouse. In busy periods, this can take up to 7 working days. Once your return has been processed, we will immediately issue a refund request and send you a confirmation email.

Refund processing times vary depending on the method of payment used. For security reasons, refunds cannot be made to a different credit card than the one used to pay for the order.

Credit Cards : Our bank will issue the refund within 7 working days after sending the confirmation email. After that, the time it takes to re-credit your credit card will depend on your credit card company.

PayPal : The refund will be visible on your PayPal account within 24 hours from the date of sending the confirmation email.

Payment Security

Since October 2008, a new safety standard has been operational in France. It aims to authenticate the holder of a bank card when making a payment over the Internet.
